Carly Dietz , BCBA

Clinical Director & Lead Behavior Analyst

Carly Dietz is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over a decade of experience, Carly has devoted her career to working with children diagnosed with autism and their families.

As Clinical Director of Individual Piece ABA, Carly leads with compassion, experience, and a commitment to individualized care. She works closely with families, caregivers, and therapists to create personalized programs that are engaging, functional, and designed to support success in the clinic, home school, and in the community.

Kylie Millhorn, BCBA

Kylie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In her role within the clinic, Kylie is responsible for overseeing the clinical quality and implementation of ABA services across her caseload. She conducts assessments, develops and updates individualized treatment plans, and ensures that all programming is aligned with each client’s unique needs and goals.

Kylie provides direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), modeling interventions, supporting skill acquisition programs, and ensuring consistency and fidelity of treatment implementation. She actively analyzes data to guide clinical decision-making, making timely modifications to interventions to promote meaningful progress.

In addition to her work with staff, Kylie collaborates closely with families, providing parent training and support to facilitate generalization of skills across home and community environments. She also coordinates with other professionals, such as educators and therapists, to ensure a cohesive and multidisciplinary approach to care.
